But I stand by Apple for now, that they do have some "bigger" features they just aren't showing us....
What's the next logical step in a computer interface? I used to say "Computer, show me the money" to open Quicken back in pre-OS X days. More of a gimmick than anything else, but imagine if the Finder and maybe even other apps became "speakable."
Me: "Check mail"
Computer: "You have nine new messages. Would you like me to read them?"
Me: "No, thanks."
(clicks on an email, reads message)
Me: "Reply to this message"
Computer: "Type or speak?
Me: "Type"
type-type-type
Me: "Computer, I'd like to add a photo of the kids to this email."
Computer: "iphoto has 6,813 pictures of the kids, which one would you like?"
Me: "One from the birthday party last week."
Computer: (a strip from iphoto appears) "Here are 23 from last week. I've highlighted the one where your wife fixed the red eye. Is that the one you want?"
Me: "Yes, that will be fine."
Computer adds the picture to stationery in the email, other pictures go away.
Me: "Send the email"
Me: "...and order me a pizza."
This kind of thing can't be too far off. A 75 mhz Performa could do it in a rudimentary way. Imagine what a modern Mac may be able to do. "Speakeasy" has a nice ring to it.

That is all
Enjoy the version of Android that comes on that thing out of the box. With all the HTC bloatware and Android fragmentation you'll be lucky to ever see a software update.

OK, lets play a game. No cheating!
Who Said It - Sheen or Gaddafi:
1. And they're going to fuel the battle cry of my deadly & dangerous & secret & silent soldiers.
2. I'm a fighter, I'm a struggler.
3. There's a new sheriff in town and he has an army of assassins.
4. I will deploy my ordinance to the ground.

Personally it's a lot easier to swallow $99 a year for a new Apple TV (set top box) than $999 a year for a new Apple branded television.

iAdware apparently works by silently installing a system library. That sounds like a vulnerability that Apple could easily fix, by requiring Admin privileges, issuing a warning, and/or prompting for an Admin password.
I've been wanting them to do this for a while. There are already non-adware applications that do that (think "Smart Crash Reports"), which really bothers me.

Really? People downing the product already before we even know what it's going to have? Really?
Or are there people just trolling for a response?
Never going to have a matte screen lol

Aggie, you're the most silver-tongued devil I know. You could convince thebserpent in The Garden of Eden to eat the apple itself.
The serpent already had the knowledge contained in the apple, much like the seer already knows the wolfy one amongst us.

The one I used is the only one that does not have significant perspective distortion.
Highly suspicious of the first shot -- it appears that you can see the face of the white iPhone, but not the black. If the white is taller, it should be the other way around.
The second one you posted with the guide lines is much more convincing.
If the other "confirmations" are true, I don't know how to explain your results.

Agreed.
Why would anybody with limited know how about TV manufacturing go into that field?
USING somebody elses TV to display whatever makes much more sense.
I could see them coming in with a blockbuster smart projector device.
Now we are talking:-)
I mean they knew everything about Flash based music players and the mobile phone market didn't they?
They won't do it because the competition wouldn't give them scree at a decent rate. LG, or Sony are hardly going to turn around and give them screens at a rate which would mean competition to their own products.

4G data for tethering (probably unlimited when in 4g) as well as a better screen (Not more pixels, just sharper pixels with better color balance. Perhaps a bigger screen.)
Hmm...the display is already outstanding. I suppose it will probably have 4g, but what if it doesn't? Still upgrading sight unseen? No doubt there will be improvements, but exactly which parts they are nobody knows.

and going back to read the narrative... whats a gallapagos? apparently i discovered it but seem to not know what it is..
I think he means the Galapagos Islands were discovered by Charles Darwin (they weren't). The stuffed dog Bagel probably refers to the ship the HMS Beagle Charles Darwin sailed on when he went to the Galapagos Islands.

Where's the personal responsibility/Apple shouldn't do things for their customer comments? I thought that was all the rage now a days...
